EMOTIONAL EATING

RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS

I approached Timea because I had reached a turning point in my relationship life and felt I could not manage it alone. (It was when I found out that my partner cheated on me). The reason I asked for help was the difficulty to focus on anything else: family, children, work, and my own well-being. I was stuck and broken because of what have happened to me.

PROCRASTINATION

STOP SMOKING

My name is Alexandra and I had been a smoker for more than 15 years. Lately, it began to be a big problem for me because I didn’t enjoy poisoning myself anymore and was concerned about my health. I tried so many ways to get rid of my habit but was unsuccessful.
I heard about Timea from a friend and I reached her for an RTT session in order to help me to end my “relationship” with cigarettes.

ANXIETY
